  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location.

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on eligible orders (as displayed during checkout).

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and shown before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Incorrect Address

Zoppo.Store is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered after the maximum number of attempts, it may be returned.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you believe your package has been lost during transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and relevant photos, if applicable.

We will investigate the issue and work toward a suitable resolution.
